Steve Bruce Warns Manchester United Are Not Ready to Challenge Arsenal for the Premier League Title
Former Manchester United defender Steve Bruce believes the club may not yet be ready to mount a serious Premier League title challenge, despite their ambitions under Michael Carrick.

The former Newcastle manager explained that newly promoted teams sometimes need to prioritize defensive structure and counter-attacking football when facing stronger opponents.

Despite the impressive victory, Bruce believes it is too early to predict whether Hull can remain in the Premier League.
He suggested that around 35 or 36 points could be enough for survival and believes Hull will need approximately 10 victories during the season, along with several draws.
The opening win gives Hull an important confidence boost, but the club still faces a long and difficult campaign against established Premier League teams.
Bruce's assessment is that Hull have a genuine opportunity to survive, particularly if they maintain the organization and discipline they showed against Manchester United.

While Bruce did not completely rule out a successful season for Manchester United, he questioned whether Carrick's team is currently capable of challenging Arsenal for the Premier League crown.
